  • Our website is intended for adults (parents and guardians) to browse and purchase.
  • Our toys are intended for children. Age guidance, where provided, is shown on the product page.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to place the order.

4. Products and Pricing

  • Product titles, descriptions, prices, and images are shown on each product page.
  • All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Shipping is free on all US orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout for standard shipping.
  • We aim to keep product information accurate. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from images due to screen settings and photography.

5. Orders

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email after your payment is successfully completed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where:
    • A product is out of stock
    • Your payment is not successfully completed
    • The information provided is incomplete or incorrect
    • We suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
  • If we cancel your order, we will contact you and issue a refund to the original payment method if payment was already completed.

  • We accept online payments only.
  • We accept PayPal only. All orders are paid through PayPal at checkout.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Payment must be completed before your order is processed and dispatched.
  • Your payment is handled directly by PayPal at checkout. We do not collect or store your payment details on our website.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
  • Estimated delivery is 5–11 business days after your order is dispatched (7–14 business days total from the date you place your order).
  • Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Every order includes tracking, provided through Track123.
  • Orders are fulfilled from our fulfilment locations, depending on the item and stock availability.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • There is no restocking fee. The restocking fee is $0.00.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

9. Product Use and Safety

  • Toys should be used as described on the product page and packaging.
  • Adult supervision is recommended where the product page or packaging indicates it.
  • Toys are not indestructible. Please check toys regularly for wear or damage and stop using any toy that is broken or damaged.
  • If a product is recalled by the manufacturer, we will follow the manufacturer's instructions and applicable law.
